Production Time - For physical products, our production and delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. You will receive an email after ordering, and another email once the product is shipped.

Design Process - If you've purchased a design service from us, you will receive your first draft after approximately 1 week - you will then have the opportunity to provide feedback for revisions as necessary. 

Note, if you purchase a design service only, no physical products will be delivered with this order.

Orders delivered outside the EU may be liable for import duties once an order has arrived at the delivery destination border - this is including (but not limited to) Norway, Switzerland, USA and UK.
