Production & Delivery Time:
For physical products, our production and delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. You will receive an email after ordering, and another email once the product is shipped - we ship using tracked shipping methods, it is important to track the shipment once shipping information is sent, to ensure the smooth delivery process of the product.
Delivery Information / Return Policy:
Incorrect / Insufficient Address Information - If an incorrect address is provided to us during your order and this results in the courier finding the information as insufficient, the package may be returned to us. In this case, you will become responsible for reshipment costs once we have received further address information from you. No refunds will be offered. As we ship using tracked courier methods we will attempt to contact the customer if we notice an issue with the tracking in order to have this rectified before the package is returned to us. In the case of no response from the customer, the above statement will be applied.
Return Policy - With any custom products (team jerseys, sublimated products, etc) we have no legal obligation to refund a product unless there is a fault on our end (e.g. faulty production, damage caused by us, etc.) This is due to the product being made to order for you, and this means that we would have no use for these items.
For any non-custom products (e.g. Manatee Mousepad), in order to process any refunds we must have received the product back to our warehouse in good condition, and you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred - refund requests must be received within 30 days of the order.
