OUR DESIGN PROCESS

Looking to turn your dream merchandise into a reality? The first step is to place your custom design order!

On our design page, you can select the design bundle or individual design that you would like to purchase. On these pages, you are able to fill in your design requirements such as colour scheme, inspiration and desires, as well as any extra information you think will be relevant for us. Saying this, if you and your team are stuck for ideas and would prefer for us to decide on which colours and style we think would suit your organisation, that is also possible. Of course, just don't forget to attach your logo! 

When purchasing a design, the recommended logo format to provide us with is a vectorised logo (created in Illustrator, .ai..) in CMYK colouring. Higher quality PNGs can also be accepted. If you have any queries about the quality of your logo, feel free to contact us beforehand.

Once you have placed your design order, our experienced designers will work with your provided logo to create a design that you are sure to be proud of! Within approximately one week, you will receive the first draft of your apparel design from your Manatee representative, where you will be able to provide feedback and revisions will be made as necessary. 

In case you're not ready to purchase products straight away after the designs are confirmed, you don't need to worry, as we will store all the relevant design files needed for your team or organisation until you are ready to order, and for any future orders that you may place.

Note: Clients will receive 3D mockups (PNG, PSD) for social media/advertising use. Technical printfiles remain the property of Manatee and will not be released to customers.
