We are sure you're well aware that 2020 has been a wild ride for every individual, company and country worldwide - and the most important point to take from this blog post is that we wish for the health and happiness of each of you, your families, and your ventures.
Like many of you, we have been carefully navigating the things that this year has thrown at the world, and we are, as always, thankful for the support and messages we have received. During 2020, as we celebrated our fourth year of business, we had hoped to attend more events than ever, catch up with our partners in real life, and celebrate our successes together. Whilst some of our goals for this year have been delayed, we are happy to have seen continued growth within Manatee, and to have had the opportunity to adapt certain aspects of our business.
Most notably this year, we have been able to invest in a larger office space that will become available to us in 2021. As we have continued to grow, it’s now more necessary to work from a larger space that has specific and separated areas for both general office work (customer support, production management and admin), as well as logistics handling and internal meetings.
In relation to our expanding product range, each year we set aside time to develop new products or to tweak our existing products, and this year was no different in that regard. In June, we had a successful launch for one of our latest products, Custom Gaming Sleeves - which have since proved to be well liked and a desired product. Due to popular demand, we also began designing and producing Custom Face Masks for both teams and brands.
In September, along with our brand partners, we also organised our first online tournament - CS:GO 2v2 Wingman Cup | Presented by Manatee, MSI, SteelSeries & Alternate. We were extremely pleased with the reactions to the tournament, and happy to see that the maximum participants limit was reached! Although it was only a fun ‘one-time’ event, we are always looking for new ways to expand our community and to connect with partners, and we’re excited to explore new possibilities in the future.
As we enter into 2021, we will continue to focus on providing an unbeatable service, producing and delivering tested-and-perfected products, and we can only hope to see some of you soon! Once again, we are extremely appreciative of the ongoing support, and we look forward to working with more teams and organisations in the new year.
