We know that every apparel company has different turnaround times and expectations from their customers, so we thought we’d share another blog post to give you a helping hand in understanding when the best time to order is.
The short answer - as soon as possible.
We know that it’s not always possible to know upfront whether your team will be attending an event, but the more time you can give us, the better. Especially during busy periods, particularly surrounding international events, for example, ESL One Cologne, and events such as The Party Netherlands, Polaris and Copenhagen Games that occur around the same time of year, it’s always better to have the apparel in your hands a week prior to your event.
The slightly longer answer. We aim to produce and ship all sublimated apparel within 3 weeks, and if this changes at all, we will always update you beforehand. As soon as you place your order, we will be able to tell you the expected shipping date, so you can rest assured that we will meet your deadlines. We will never promise to achieve a deadline that is just not reachable, so try to sit back and relax whilst your order is in production.
Can we process orders quicker than this?
If you have an event quickly approaching and still haven’t sorted out your apparel (we understand that some events may not have the most organised qualification systems and leave you a very short amount of time to prepare), we’re always more than happy to chat with you about rushing an order. We have been known on multiple occasions to produce and ship orders within just 6-9 days, but of course, this is not something we want to happen time and time again, and throughout busy periods it is not always possible - so please try and keep this to a minimum.
Our job as your apparel and merchandise supplier is to supply the goods to you, so we will always push to reach deadlines and keep you up to date throughout the process.
